Welcome to Utopia Nexus Developments LTd . These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services and accessing our pre-sell program for the Nexus Gibsons Project (50-unit project located in Gibsons City, British Clombia). By engaging with our services or purchasing a unit from the Project, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services or engaging in a transaction with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

We provide construction and interior design services, including:

  • Construction of residential and commercial units.
  • Customizable interior design packages for pre-sold units in the Project.

The specifics of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement to be signed prior to commencement.

Pre-Sale Program

Our pre-sale program is available to individuals and entities who meet the requirements for purchasing real estate in Canada. Proof of eligibility may be required at any time.

To reserve a unit:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required, the amount of which will be detailed in the Pre-Sale Agreement.
  • All unit reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the Company.
  • Payment schedules and amounts will be specified in the Pre-Sale Agreement.
  • Late payments may incur penalties, as outlined in the agreement.

Warranties

  • All units will be delivered in accordance with the specifications detailed in the signed agreement.
  • Warranty periods and terms for construction and interior design defects will be provided at handover.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
